Mo is a practitioner in specialised treatments that are used to control symptoms of tension, irritability, hypersensitivity, anxiety, depression and other states of functional and nervous imbalance associated with withdrawal of opiates, nicotine and alcohol as well as stress. 

Along with his understanding of the affected meridians, he also combines conditioning and cupping on the affected points to complement recovery.  Mo is also qualified in cosmetic acupuncture and orthopaedic acupuncture and has an extensive background in injury rehabilitation, creating specialised services dedicated to the users training and rehabilitation needs.

Mo is a qualified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and a professional kickboxer. He has a diverse variety of clients, ranging from the English Kickboxing Team, Premiership footballers, to private clients with a variety of fitness, weight loss, dietary, and injury rehab needs, as well as getting clients ready for a range of competitive events ranging from triathlons, white-collar boxing events, marathons and for leisure and stress relief.

Mo has remotely coached clients on managing their time and organising their daily routines to boost their overall productivity, as well as coordinating with companies to incorporate services into their employees’ wellness packages. Mo also runs a gym specialising in classes and courses in kickboxing, Strength & Conditioning, Personal Training and Nutritional Advice, offering either a tailored 1-2-1 approach or prefer a friendly class-setting where one can workout and learn at various levels.

Mo also has Clinic Manager experience. He spearheads the Intensive Treatment Outpatient Program, delivering tailored, one-on-one treatments for high-end clients suffering from addiction, stress, and anxiety. He evaluates clients’ needs to book medical professionals and treatment specialists that will streamline their recovery process. He oversees the operations team, who are tasked with the planning, implementation, management, and execution of clinical programmes.
