Jordan is an important facet of our well-being program, helping her students better understand the inner workings of themselves. With deeper awareness of one’s energetic state there is potential to release stale energy which can be extremely beneficial for those suffering with various mental and physical health problems.

Jordan has worked in the wellbeing industry for over 7 years, in that time she's studied various techniques to create an uplifting, restorative experience that is specifically tailored to each student. Growing up with intensive dance training she began to search for something that gave her the same gratification and discipline of her daily dance training. After discovering Yoga and practising religiously for several years she realised she wanted to make a career of this passion. She studied under Cory Wu in Koh Phangan completing her Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training, deciding to stay in Asia to continue her studies. She travelled through Vietnam, Costa Rica and Canada as both a student and teacher until she chose to land in London where she has now been teaching full time for the last 5 years.

Jordan’s philosophy is inspired by the principles of Zen Buddhism and Patanjali’s 8 Limbs of Yoga. Her intention is to share the tools she’s learned that can help deepen the connection between one’s individual consciousness and the essence of truth when perceived through deep observation and awareness in a down regulated state. Each session is focused on connecting our mind, body and essence through movement, breathwork and meditation. You can expect an easy going fluid practice in a judgement-free environment, infused with fun positive energy. Yoga is a way of life and her passion for her craft is evident as one can expect a session with Jordan to truly be an experience that can energise the soul and help you transcend to a higher state.
